As you may already be aware, OperationsCommander (OPS-COM) notified clients of the removal of TLS 1.0 support effective May 30th 2018. This change is being made as it is a PCI DSS requirement effective June 30th 2018.
We temporarily disabled TLS 1.0 on April 18, 2018. Since that time we have contacted and worked with clients directly to resolve any functionality that was identified as being potentially impacted by the removal of TLS 1.0 support.
We will be conducting additional tests on May 22nd, 23rd, and 24th and will temporarily disable TLS 1.0 support between the hours of 11 AM (EDT) May 22nd to 4 PM (EDT) May 24th.
This temporary disabling of TLS 1.0 support will help OperationsCommander (OPS-COM) and our clients to identify any outstanding issues related to TLS 1.0 removal. This will also allow us to test and confirm proper functionality on any systems that have recently been updated to support the removal of TLS 1.0.
Ultimately this should help ensure a smooth transition to permanent TLS 1.0 removal May 30th 2018.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have have any questions or concerns about this update.
